Beginning this October, we are launching experiences on the first Thursday of the month that we call UX Social Club. So, what’s the big idea? To create an intimate and engaging experience with the intention of meeting new people.
The idea stemmed from two circumstances; the sense of community at our wine tasting events, where guests sit in family-style dinners and leave as friends. The second reason is that it’s been long enough. It’s time to get out there again in real life.
What’s included: a welcome drink, charcuterie, lecture, and hang time.
Kicking off the Social Club is a Lecture with James A. Welu, Director Emeritus, Worcester Art Museum

During World War II, the Monuments Men and Women helped to protect masterpieces from the Nazis, who stole thousands of works of art from museums, churches, and private collectors. Some of the most important Monuments Men were connected with the Worcester Art Museum. Join the Museum’s Director Emeritus as he focuses on the men and women of the Worcester Art Museum, whose heroic efforts during the war helped protect artwork at home and abroad.
