Tuscany is the heart of the Renaissance. Food, Art, Music, and Science all meld together in perfect harmony under the most glorious glow of the sun. Join us as we return to this sun-soaked clime for a five-course food and wine pairing dinner.
We are exclusively pairing with wines from Baracchi Winery. The Baracchi Winery, located in the rolling hills of Cortona under a shining Tuscan sun, has been producing wine for five generations since 1860.
Made up of approximately 80 acres, Riccardo Baracchi’s vineyards are in 4 distinct locations within the DOC Cortona, a terroir renowned for centuries for the guaranteed quality of the location of earthy soils, full light, high altitude, and a microclimate of warm and dry temperatures. Each individually planted varietal was carefully chosen based on the match of soil-to-varietal so that each plant’s characteristics and features were brilliantly accentuated.~Baracchi Winery
Additionally, the vineyards have a Michelin Star restaurant, Il Falconiere Woman-Led by Chef Silvia Baracchi. The understated elegance of her dishes inspires me.

Our Co-host, Danny Keefe, is intimately acquainted with this vineyard and profoundly understands the terroir and its symbiotic practices. This is not a tasting- this is a dinner. Bring your appetite. The journey begins promptly at 6:30 pm.

One commonly asked question—When will you publish the menu?
The answer is at the event. I will lay out a rough menu and go over it with Scott to choose the perfect pairing, but often tweaking the dishes is part of my process. I have not disappointed anyone yet. These dinners are designed for those who love food and will try everything. There will not be any modifications.
