For packaged meals before service- 4:30 pm Wednesday-Saturday, please call after 4 pm to place your order two weeks before your event. All catering is first come, first served. As spots fill up, we will display them on our calendar. UXLOCALE EVENTS
The menu will be a bit more fluid–vegetables and sides will change, and the filet, lamb, and items at a higher price point will include a vegetable and potato/risotto.

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a private function space.

Reservations must be canceled seven (7) days before the event. If the event is canceled within seven (7) days of the event date, the credit card on file will be charged 20% percent of the estimated bill amount.
GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT
A final guest count is required seven (7) days before the event and is not subject to a reduction in the guarantee after that time. The client will be billed for guaranteed minimum or actual guest purchases or whichever is greater. Preset menu events will be billed per the final guest count provided by the client or the number of attending guests, whichever is greater.
The client may bring decorations with prior approval. Approval must be established no less than seven (7) days before the event. Items that will not be allowed are candles, noisemakers, nails on the walls, scotch-style tape, graffiti scatter, confetti, etc.
The UXLocale is not responsible for loss or damage to the property of the patron’s or patron’s guests. Any individual property of the patron or patron’s guests brought onto Restaurant premises before, during, or following the event will be the sole risk of the patron and patron’s guests.
STATE & LOCAL TAX
7% will be automatically added to the final bill unless a valid tax-exempt form is provided before the event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Custom menus are required for groups larger than twenty (20) guests. Menu selection requires fourteen (14) days before the event. If the client has a speaking program, orders must be taken before the speaker and program begin. Outside sources may bring no food or alcoholic beverages into the restaurant. We reserve the right to request proof of the legal drinking age. With prior approval, cakes may be brought into the restaurant and assume a $1.00 per person plating charge.
There will be a 20% gratuity added to the final bill.
The final payment of the remaining balance is due in full by cash or credit card upon completion of the event.
All menu prices, room minimums, and deposit amounts are subject to change.
In inclement weather, UXLocale reserves the right to choose to close for business to consider the safety of its employees and patrons. Notice of such closure would be immediately communicated to all reservations and event coordinators.
