Staffing
The event Staffing minimum is $500 for a party of 30 guests. The staff hours specified are estimated based on the planned number of guests, logistics, and the duration of your event. If your guest count increases, staffing may also be increased to ensure proper service with the appropriate cost adjustment.
Menu/Gratuity/Meals Tax
Menu costs are based on the guest count (the minimum is 30) and your menu choice. Meal Tax and Gratuity will be added to the final bill. You will receive a service agreement, but below are a few of the most important details. Menus start at $35 per person.
Due to unforeseeable and exceptional market price fluctuations, UXLocale, L.L.C. reserves the right to update the menu and appetizer lists and pricing. All menus and pricing will be confirmed at least three months before the Event, excluding seasonal items that cannot be priced until the market price at the time of the Event is known. Estimated prices are subject to adjustments in food, labor, third-party pricing, and final guest count.
Food and Beverage
No food or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the restaurant from outside sources. We reserve the right to request proof of the legal drinking age.
Decorations
The client may bring decorations with prior approval. Approval must be established seven (7) days before the Event. Items not allowed are candles, noisemakers, nails on the walls, scotch-style tape, graffiti scatter, and confetti. Decorations may be dropped off the day before the Event, between the hours of (adjust hours). Two people will be allowed on the day of the Event, thirty minutes (30 minutes) before the Event is scheduled to begin.
Patron’s Property
UXLocale is not responsible for loss or damage to the property of the patron’s or patron’s guests. Any individual property of the patron or patron’s guests brought onto Restaurant premises before, during, or following the Event will be the sole risk of the patron and patron’s guests.
